Investing.com – The Israeli stock market closed higher on Monday, as gains in the i sectors led indexes higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the stock rose 0.78% to reach a recent all-time high.
The best performers of the session were: Azrieli Group Ltd (TASE:), which increased by 3.03%, or 770.00 points, to reach 26,190.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Shapir Engineering Industry (TASE:) added 2.93%, or 63.00 points, ending at 2214.00 and Camtek Ltd (TASE:) rose 2.89% or 920.00 points to 32,800.00 in the final session.
They performed the worst during the session Israeli company (TASE:), which fell by 2.12%, or 1,640.00 points, to reach 75,860.00 at closing. Delek Group (TASE:) fell by 1.30%, or 560.00 points, ending at 42,500.00 and Investments Amot Ltd (TASE:) fell 0.92% or 15.00 points to 1,610.00.
Falling stocks outpaced gains on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 220 to 219, with 101 ending unchanged.
The price of crude oil for November delivery fell 1.34%, or 1.01, to $74.55 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent crude for December delivery fell 1.34%, or 1.06, to $77.98 a barrel, while December gold futures fell 0.43%, or 11.40, reaching a price of $2,664.90 per troy ounce.
USD/ILS was unchanged by 0.10% to 3.76, while EUR/ILS fell by 0.21% to 4.10.
U.S. Dollar Index futures rose 0.29% to 102.97.
