- Hong Kong-based digital stockbroking and wealth management company Futu Holdings (NASDAQ:FUTU) has completed a HKD 440 million investment in Gravitation Fintech HK, the parent company of Airstar Bank, a virtual bank licensed in Hong Kong.
- After the investment, Futu (FUTU) became the second largest beneficial owner of the holding indirectly 44.11% of Airstar Bank.
- Commodity was trading marginally 0.52% higher at $76.88 on Thursday after trading hours.
- The company’s shares are recommended by Wall St. analysts. as a “strong buy” with an average price target of $82.47 and a quantitative SA rating of “hold” with the highest ratings for momentum and growth factors.
