Investing.com – The Israeli stock market rose after the close on Sunday as gains in the , , and sectors lifted shares higher.
At close in Tel Aviv the gain was 0.78%.
The best performers of the session were: Azrieli Group Ltd (TASE:) which was up 3.42% or 800.00 points to trade at 24,200.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Amot Investments Ltd (TASE:) was up 2.35% or 34.00 points to 1480.00 at the close Shapir Engineering Industry (TASE:) rose 2.15% or 40.00 points to 1,903.00 in overdue trading.
The worst performing session participants were: Kamtek Ltd (TASE:) fell 2.70% or 770.00 points to end at 27,780.00. Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:) fell 2.47% or 108.00 points to 4,263.00 in overdue Mizrahi Tefahot (TASE:) fell 1.11%, or 150.00 points, to 13,330.00.
On the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, rising stocks outnumbered falling ones by a ratio of 243 to 187, while 109 stocks ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery rose 0.10% or 0.07 to $70.33 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent crude for December delivery fell 0.21% or 0.16 to $73.69 a barrel, while the December gold futures contract rose 1.24% or 32.50 to trade at $2,647.10 a troy ounce.
The USD/ILS pair rose 0.53% to 3.78, while the EUR/ILS pair rose 0.72% to 4.22.
U.S. dollar index futures rose 0.10% to 100.42.
