- According to the agreement, Tempus agreed to exercise its rights existing rights to purchase 9.2 million shares in accordance with their terms at an average purchase price of $2.00 and to purchase an additional 3.5 million shares at a price of $5.07 per share.
- Following the closing of the transaction, Tempus will hold approximately 19.3% of the outstanding common shares of Personalis.
- Under the agreement, Personalis will escalate the number of patient samples it will accept during a given period.
