  • EUR/USD is testing the upper border of the decreasing channel near the 11250 level.
  • Technical analysis suggests that bears are vigorous because the couple remains within the channel down.
  • Initial support is evident around the nine-day EMA at 1.1210, and then stronger support near the 50-day EMA at level 1.1093.

EUR/USD remains eternal after registration of over 0.50% of profits in the previous session, trading around 1.1240 at Asian hours on Tuesday. On the daily chart, technical analysis indicates that it is in the game of bear, because the couple still trade lower as part of the descending channel.

However, the EUR/USD pair moved above the nine -day interpretation of the movable average (EMA), which indicates the strengthening of the low -term shoot. In addition, the 14-day relative strength indicator (RSI) remains slightly above level 50, strengthening the potential of stubborn perspectives.

The EUR/USD pair will probably find initial support near the nine-day EMA at 1.1211, with additional support in an EMA 50-day EMA around 1.1093. The decisive break below this level may undermine the low -term stubborn rush, potentially leading the pair towards the six -week lowest level 1.0951 and the lower border of the decreasing channel near 1.0840. If the pressure of the bear persists, there may be further support around the two -month lowest level 1.0778, last seen on April 1.

On the other hand, the EUR/USD pair may challenge the upper limit of the decreasing channel near 1.1250. Breaking above this level can strengthen the stubborn prejudice and open the door to the highest level of April 21 1.1573 – the highest level of steam from November 2021.
