- USD/JPy can check the seven -month lowest levels 141.61, registered on Thursday again.
- If the 14-day relative strength indicator drops below level 30, it may potentially cause a short-term correction reflection.
- The original initial resistance is near the nine -day EMA of 143.80.
USD/JPY inches lower after registering profits in the previous session, trading around 142.40 during the Asian session on Friday. The analysis of the daily chart showed that the couple moves down as part of a decreasing channel, which indicates confirmed bears.
The USD/JPy pair still trads below the nine -day interpretation of the movable medium (EMA), a subdued tiny -term shoot signaling. Meanwhile, the 14-day relative strength indicator (RSI) floats just above level 30, which further supports the ongoing bear’s prospects. A decrease below 30 years may suggest a sale status, potentially causing short-term corrective reflection.
On the other hand, the USD/JPY pair can visit the lowest levels of 141.61, marked on Thursday, and then the lower limit of the descending channel near 140.80. The decisive break below this channel can strengthen the bear prejudice and open the door to the crossing in the direction of 139.58 – the lowest level from July 2023, last seen in September 2024.
To the advantages, the initial resistance is noticeable on a nine -day EMA around 143.80. Breaking above this level can boost the tiny -term shoot and pave the way to the test of the upper limit of the falling channel near 146.30.
Further resistance is located at the 50-day EMA at 148.30, followed by a two-month maximum 151.31, registered on March 3.
