Low P/E relations, gives up to 9%! Are these the best FTSE 250 supplies?

I love the opportunity, regardless of whether it hits the main street or fills my portfolio with economical actions in Great Britain. And conducting research over the past week, as follows FTSE 250 Actions attracted my attention.

Everyone trades in price to profit (P/E). They also have a dividend profitability that could unload the closest passive income of investors. But are they really in good faith or are they just classic value traps?

Clear share of dividend

Foresight Solar Fund (LSE: FSFL), in my opinion, has a unique appeal as participation. Cash flows are essentially stable, thanks to the defensive nature of its activities, along with trade related to inflation and long -term contracts supported by the government.

This gave him the strength of lifting dividends each year since IPO in 2013. Dividends are also paid quarterly, enabling investors a chance to reinvest their income more regularly.

Today, its dividend performance is huge 8.9%.

This does not mean that dividends are completely without risk. Energy generation can immerse yourself when sunlight falls. Changes in government support may also hinder the future boost in dividend and profitability. I still think it is more unthreatening than most other shares paying dividends.

It also trades a dissatisfied p/E 10.6 times indicator.

Cyclical dangers

Real estate investment Trusty (REIT) as British land (LSE: BLND) can be a great way to get a second income. According to the rules of the sector, a minimum of 90% of annual rental profits should be paid in dividends.

But I would have significant reservations about parking cash in this FTSE 250 campaign. Through a vast retail portfolio, including shopping centers, shopping parks and shops with the main streets, stands in the face of significant structural threats, such as e-commerce along with cyclical threats. His rest and office nests are also sensitive to the deteriorating British economy, with the latter also threatened with the trend of “work from home”.

I prefer his plans to expand in the highly developed city logistics sector. This has significant long -term potential as online shopping increases. But today it creates only a compact part of the company’s general portfolio.

Even the low p/E indicator at the P/E level of 5.8 times and 6.6% dividend performance is not enough to encourage me to invest.

It should be remembered that tax treatment depends on the individual circumstances of each client and may change in the future. The content in this article is provided only for information purposes. It is not to be, nor does it constitute any form of tax advice.

Another reliable dividend supplies

Basic health properties (LSE: PHP) is a reit that I would prefer to add to my portfolio. In fact, I keep his shares in my ISA. And its economical P/E indicator of 11.2 times and high dividend performance 7.3% tempts me to buy more.

Together with Foresight Solar, I think this is one of the most attractive FTSE 250 values.

Like the mentioned reserves of renewable energy, its activities are largely unchanged by external economic factors. In addition, about nine tenths of rent are guaranteed by government bodies such as NHS. These benefits allow him to pay a vast and growing dividend each year.

At Primary Health Properties, cash prizes have been increasing every year since 1998.

Changes in health policy can affect future earnings and dividends. But I am convinced of the perspective here, because the rapidly aging population of Great Britain drives demand for additions and improvements to basic healthcare.
