US President Donald Trump: We can make Canada tariffs tomorrow

US President Donald Trump devoted time from his oval office address to provide modern information about the upcoming Canada tariffs. Asking the press in the White House, President Trump noted a modern tariff threat, which they can, but does not have to, on Monday or Tuesday.
