  • The American dollar index can find basic support around the lower limit of the falling wedge at 105.90.
  • The 14-day RSI remains below 50, strengthening bear.
  • The nine -day EMA 106.89 appears as immediate resistance.

The American dollar index (DXY), which measures the value of the US dollar (USD) compared to six main peers, lower edges after registering profits during the next two sessions, trading around 106.70 in the early European hours on Friday. However, the analysis of the daily chart indicates a potential stubborn reversal, while the indicator moves in the falling wedge formula.

The 14-day relative strength indicator (RSI) remains below level 50, signaling the strengthening of the bear’s rush. In addition, the American dollar indicator is trading below nine- and 14-day interpretation medium-sized (EMA), strengthening the weakening trend of short-term prices.

On the other hand, the American dollar index may navigate around the region around the lower limit of a falling wedge to 105.90. The break below this critical support zone can strengthen bear, potentially driving the indicator towards the three -month lowest level 105.41, last seen on December 6.

The key DXY resistance is on the nine-day EMA 106.89, and then the 14-day EMA at 107.11, leveling to the lower limit of the falling wedge pattern. A clear breaking above this key resistance zone can be led by a indicator towards a six -week maximum 109.80, recently achieved on February 3.
