Investing.com – Poland’s stock market was higher at the close on Monday, as gains in the and sectors pushed indexes higher.

The best performers of the session were: Dino Polska SA (WA:), which increased by 3.23%, or 10.40 points, to reach 332.70 at closing. In turn, Cyfrowy Polsat SA (WA:) increased by 3.02%, or 0.38 points, closing the session at 12.98, and Grupa KĘTY SA (WA:) gained 2.21%, or 15.00 points, to 695.00 at the end of the session.
They performed the worst during the session Grupa Azoty SA (WA:), which fell by 2.39%, or 0.50 points, to reach 20.40 at closing. BUDIMEX SA (WA:) fell by 1.70%, or 9.50 points, closing at 550.50 and Alior Bank SA (WA:) fell 1.26%, or 1.12 points, to 87.52.
Declining stocks outpaced gains on the Warsaw Stock Exchange by 283 to 211, with 118 ending unchanged.
The price of crude oil for December delivery fell 5.61%, or 4.03, to $67.75 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent crude for January delivery fell 5.50% or 4.16 to $71.47 a barrel, while December gold futures rose 0.09% or 2.45 reaching a price of $2,757.05 per troy ounce.
The EUR/PLN rate increased by 0.22% to 4.35, while the USD/PLN rate remained unchanged by 0.02% to 4.02.
U.S. Dollar Index futures fell 0.01% to 104.12.
